One platform. An office app and a customer portal.

Biz Platform 10 is the current software: a React application for the people who run the business, a separate React portal for customers, and an ASP.NET Core API in front of SQL Server. New work on this platform is built as AI agentic flows, and each build follows an AI engineering workflow.

Admin application

React 19 and TypeScript. Users, roles, dashboards, and the day-to-day screens live here. Sign-in is cookie-based ASP.NET Identity, including the fuller admin checks.

Customers

Customer portal

A second React application, with its own look and a simpler register, login, and password reset. It does not carry the admin navigation.

Server

One API

ASP.NET Core on .NET 8 serves JSON to both applications. Business rules stay on the server. SQL Server holds the records.

Shared platform, then the customer’s own application

The platform owns identity, administration, and the shell. A customer application adds its own modules and screens on top. The platform does not contain one company’s business rules, and the customer application does not copy the platform.

A support ticket can start a flow: an agent reads it, searches the codebase, and drafts a reply. A person reviews and approves before the customer is sent anything.
